The following items receive $0 value. If you'd like them returned, the seller is responsible for return shipping.
- Counterfeit/Fake items - Reproduction or bootleg items
- Wrong region - Non-NTSC (North American) items
- Third-party controllers - Only OEM (original manufacturer) controllers accepted
- Consoles with bugs - Dead or live bugs inside consoles

Nintendo Switch Console
Includes: Console, both Joy-Cons, dock, power cord, and HDMI cord.
Missing items:
- 25% for missing Joy-Cons (both)
- 25% for missing dock
- $8 for missing power cord
- $4 for missing HDMI cord
Wii U Console
Includes: Console, gamepad, gamepad charger, console power cord, and HDMI cord.
Missing items:
- 50% for missing gamepad
- $8 for missing console power cord
- $8 for missing gamepad charger
- $4 for missing HDMI cord
Other Consoles
Includes: Console and all required cords.
Missing cords:

Missing Accessories
Games Missing Original Case or Cover Art
Missing or heavily damaged case/artwork → 20% deduction
Applies to: Switch, 3DS, DS, PSP, PS Vita, and all disc-based games (GameCube, Wii, Wii U, PlayStation, Xbox, Sega CD/Saturn/Dreamcast).
Example: Mario Kart Wii quoted at $30 as disc-only → receives $24
Handheld Systems Missing Charger
Applies to: Game Boy Advance SP, Game Boy Micro, DS, 3DS, PSP, PS Vita
Missing charger → $5 deduction
Broken or Damaged Items
Consoles
- Won't power on: 95% deduction
- Port issues (HDMI/USB): 85% deduction
- Games won't read: 80% deduction
- Disc tray issues: 30% deduction
Example: PS4 quoted at $40 with disc-read failure → receives $8
Handheld Systems
- Won't power on: 95% deduction
- Cartridge won't read: 80% deduction (after cleaning attempt)
- Damaged hinge: 70% deduction
- Screen (LCD) issues: 70% deduction
- Won't charge: 40% deduction
- Touch screen problems: 30% deduction
- Sound issues: 30% deduction
- Button issues: 25% deduction
Disc Games
- Won't read: 99% deduction (after resurfacing attempt)
- Cracked center ring: 30% deduction (if still playable)
Multi-disc sets:
For a 2-disc game missing one disc, we deduct 75% (you keep 25%).
For 3+ disc sets, each additional missing disc takes another 75% off the remaining value (compounded).
Example: 2-disc set quoted at $40 missing one disc → $10. 3-disc set quoted at $40 missing two discs → $2.50.

Cartridge Games
- Won't read: 95% deduction (after cleaning attempt)
- Sprite glitch (Pokémon): 80% deduction
- Save or time-based events battery issue: $8 deduction
Controllers & Accessories
- Power issues: 95% deduction
- Button functionality issues: 50% deduction (99% for PS2)
- Thumb stick/button cosmetic damage: 25% deduction
Other Deductions
Poor Cosmetic Condition
Items that are heavily yellowed, excessively scratched, covered in stickers, have cracked shells, excessively dirty, or have a smoky odor → 35% deduction
Extremely rough items may incur additional deductions at our discretion.
Modified Items
Unauthorized hardware or software modifications → 90% deduction
